We are simply here to offer you tools and to hold space and support you while you explore your deepest truth and dive within to discover the true essence of you.

We Offer
At Indigo Healing Arts, each healing session is offered in a private one-on-one therapeutic setting while honoring the sacred tradition of each modality.
Join Heather for a transformative Shamanic Healing session to help create balance and change to allow the best version of “you” to step forward.
Reiki is offered following the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition to activate healing and to help release energetic blockages improving energy and wellbeing.
Private yoga sessions come with a lean towards the slower paced, gentler forms of yoga such as Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga and can be completely custom built. Adding sound meditation, Reiki, stone medicine and even some elements of Shamanic healing are a great way to help you reset. Of course, more invigorating styles of yoga are also offered. Come try a vinyasa or hatha class with me! Each session is always held providing the highest level of care and attention to the individual client.

Indigo Healing Arts finds its home in the historic Keith Cleaners building in downtown Aberdeen, NC. The building where our healing arts offices are found was built in the early 1920’s. You will feel the old charm and welcoming sentiment as you come in for a healing session. Here we offer Reiki, Shamanic healing, yoga, and soon: massage therapy! All in a one-on-one setting.
